This cuvée is produced with a parcel which come from 1er cru selection in the Côte des Blancs area. It finds its minerality in a chalky subsoil and develops rich and complex aromas, revealing a great terroir.
Grape-varieties and vineyard:
100% Chardonnay. Terroir of Côte des Blancs. Soil with silt and limestone, not deep with calk on the surface. Chalky subsoil.
30% of which are reserve wines of past years.

Malolactic fermentation partly made
Dosage: 7-8 Gr/l
