This Champagne Rosé is made with the three grape varieties of the Champagne region. 8 to 12% of our red wine of Champagne matured in barrels is added. For this elaboration, we only select the best grapes of our old Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier vineyard.
Grape-varieties and vineyard :
50% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir, and 10% Chardonnay added to 15% of our red wine from Pinot Meunier depending on the years. 40% of which are reserve wines of past years kept in barrels.
Vinification:
Alcoholic fermentation in vats, foudres and barrels
Malolactic fermentation partly made
Dosage : 7 gr/l
